Cool air, Mums and Fall Prep ( yes already )

Hi friends,

I know the calendar says we still have a few weeks of summer left… but step outside and it feels like fall has already arrived. The mornings are cool, the evenings come a little earlier, and the air has that crisp edge that makes you want to reach for sweaters and hot tea. Around here at Bainbridge Blooms, the shift in seasons always brings fresh energy and inspiration.

And yes—I’ll admit it—I already bought mums. I know it might be “too soon,” but they make me happy and I don’t feel bad about it one bit. The farm is starting to hum with fall prep, and I love leaning into the season even before the leaves officially turn.

Part of that prep includes one of my favorite events of the year: our Floral Broom Workshop. This is such a fun way to welcome autumn—creating a handmade broom dressed with seasonal blooms and textures that’s equal parts art and tradition. The October 12th date is filling fast, and there are only a few openings left. If you’ve been thinking about joining, now is the time to claim your spot before it’s gone!

The farmstand will also be open this weekend with all the things that bring comfort as the seasons shift:

  • Handmade soaps & salves to keep your skin nourished

  • Fresh sourdough bread, perfect for cozy meals

  • Farm eggs straight from our hens

  • And other little fall treasures

So even though it isn’t technically fall yet, it sure feels like it—and I’m here for it. Stop by this weekend, take in the cool air, and bring home something that makes your own fall days a little brighter.

See you at the farm,
🌸 Tiffany
