Why I am closing the farmstand, and what's next.

Why I am closing the farmstand, and what's next.

At the farmers market this past weekend, I was chatting with a farmer friend about how tough this growing year has been. Between weather swings and Mother Nature’s unpredictable attitude, it really was “one of those years.” We both smiled and agreed on the classic phrase: “There’s always next year.”

With that in mind, I’ve decided to officially close the farmstand for the season. The stand had a wonderful run thanks to your support—truly, it was a success despite all the challenges. Now it’s time to turn my attention toward next year. That means planting cover crops, tucking in the raised beds, and eagerly awaiting the arrival of my tulip bulbs (spring is already whispering to me!).

In the meantime, I’ll be shifting my focus indoors to the studio—making soaps, salves, and other fun creations for the holidays. My website will be stocked with gifts perfect for the season, and I’ll be popping up at a few surprise events (details to come soon!).

I cannot thank you enough for showing up, shopping, sharing kind words, and being part of Bainbridge Blooms this season. Your support is what keeps me planting, dreaming, and growing.

Here’s to resting the land, dreaming big, and the promise of next year’s blooms. 🌱🌷

Stay tuned for some fun holiday events and pop ups coming soon!

With gratitude,
Tiff
